Cliffs Notes for the Days Ahead

tldr;  The following is from an email I wrote recently regarding the days ahead, cliffs notes of my study of the Bible, regarding Glynda's deadly winter word from last fall:

-----

Most of what I'm going to say is not something being taught by mainstream teachers....people won't believe it, even if told.  : )

Nevertheless, I believe this is a faithful report, born out of much study.

Semantics

I think the deadly winter still may be coming at the end of this year....and I think it's just a matter of semantics.  Here's why.

While studying the prophets, I developed this mental model in my head regarding the sequence/timing of events (and I continue to refine this model).  I put this model into my two "Decoding" books and called it the Exhaustive Reference...like a table of contents.  This email is like the cliffs notes, I guess.  A few things I got wrong but I think overall it's going to be a reliable model for the years ahead.

The semantics come in because we don't really know what to call things.  For example, I think for years I called the 6th seal the start of Tribulation.  But that was mainly because I didn't have any revelation of the first 5 seals...did they already happen, was Jesus the first seal??  Last fall I came to the realization that the first seal is Elijah.  We know Elijah arrives "before the great and terrible Day of the Lord."  So now I call the first seal "the start of Tribulation."  But it's all just semantics.

Piecing It Together

In studying the Scripture, we can begin to piece together the sequence of events.  Each prophet is giving a limited view of the same events.  We use the "points of comparison" (Hosea 12:10) to piece it together, as God teaches us, just as he does the farmer (Is. 28), ie:

Pestilence ->  God revives his work with his anointed Elijah -> great and terrible Day of the Lord -> next thing... -> next thing... -> etc.

What's really important is the sequence of events, and this is why I think the deadly winter may be still coming.  For what it's worth, here is my current model:

The Beginning...the four horsemen

* "Before Him goes pestilence..." (Hab. 3)  This is where we are now...if this pestilence is the current coronavirus.  Habakkuk 3 is a template for the beginning, very possibly the time we are in now.

Is. 3:13... God stands to plead...

* God "stands up." Day of vengeance...felt worldwide.  America receives the brunt.  Some sort of glorious sign in the sky.  Strange noises.  Earthquake...very large shaking.  Fireballs.  Hail.  Darkness...several days of gross darkness.

* Opening of the first seal, arrival of Elijah.  He goes forth with his anointed. (Hab. 3, et al)

* Opening of seals 2, 3, 4, 5...(this lasts about a year? a month?), while Elijah is also doing those things discussed by the prophets, without specifically calling him Elijah.  For example, Isaiah 44 and 45, he is a type of Cyrus....one of many examples.

Is. 3:13...God stands to judge.

* Opening of the 6th seal (the following spring? a month later? or is God standing to judge really the 6th seal?) (Is. 17 and 18 seem to mention springtime / early summer), destruction of Babylon/America in one hour...the great and terrible Day of the Lord.  This is why Hab 3 says "...and burning coals went forth at his feet."  These are the same burning coals mentioned in Joel that burn up the pastures.  They are meteorites that fall at the 6th seal.

Is. 3:13... God stands to plead...God stands to judge.

This was a revelation I had recently.  This phrase saying God "stands up," this standing up happens twice, not once.  First at the first seal and second at the sixth seal.  We know which is which by the biblical context where it is used.   1st Seal:  He stands to plead with people during Elijah's year.  6th Seal: He stands to render judgment.  (Isaiah 24, he shakes the earth terribly!)

6th Seal to Gog/Magog

* At this point, the 6th seal just occurred and America is no more.

* God's people, His remnant, are spared and supernaturally delivered to Palestine. This is why Isaiah 60 asks "who are these flying like a cloud, like doves to their roosts?"  And it's also why Dumitru Duduman, in one vision, was shown something that looks like a ski lift that transported people over the large body of water.  This is the start of the "second Exodus," when God's people from all over the world arrive in Palestine and surrounding regions.  This is a major theme in the prophets and some christians are aware of this and have written about it.

* Revelations has nothing to say about this point in time because, at the 7th seal, there is quiet in heaven for about a half an hour.  The time of judgment is referred to as an "hour" in Revelations.  In John's vision, heaven was silent about this point in time.  However, the prophets have much to say about it.

* On the heels of the 6th seal, when God's people are brought back to Palestine, an enemy comes swooping down from the north to invade/cover the land.  He gives God's remnant a choice: come with me and I'll give you food and a land like you knew, or stay here and die.  Two thirds of the remnant will go with him.  "My people die for lack of knowledge."  And this leader has no idea what's about to happen either.  This leader and everyone with him are overthrown.  This is the battle of Gog/Magog described in Ez. 38/39, and Ps 83 I think.  (Remember, "and they shall burn the weapons for 7 years!!!")

* From what I can tell, there will be about 4 months between the 6th seal and the battle of Gog/Magog.

Now it shall come to pass in the latter days...

* At this point in time God returns to His people in a most profound way to bless them.  This is discussed in Isaiah 2 and Micah 4, and many other places.  For 3 1/2 years God's people arrive to Palestine from all over the world and God blesses them mightily.  The world has witnessed all these events to this point and it is a sight to behold! But this is also the time when the Anti-Christ arrives on the scene (in peace).  This is now the beginning of the final 7 years before Christ returns.

The Great Tribulation

* After the 3 1/2 years we pick up in John's vision where the silence ends.  Arrival of Anti-Christ (as a beast). Invasion of Jerusalem, trumpet and bowl judgments commence. Mark of the beast. A time of pure misery on the earth.  God's people have to go into hiding.  Martyrdom, etc.  People call this the "great tribulation."

* End of the 7 years, Christ returns.  God catches his people into the clouds (RAPTURE) to avoid the destruction about to now occur on the unrepentant...at the LAST trump.  (People will fight with Elijah when he tries to tell people this rapture occurs at the end, not the beginning. Is. 45:9-11)

* 1000 year reign of Christ on earth.

Wrapping It Up

This is why it's just semantics.

Deadly winter (pestilence), spring 1st seal....deadly winter (snow/ice?), spring, 6th seal.

Spring Tribulation, birth pangs, four horsemen -> spring Great and terrible Day of the Lord, 6th seal, the birthing of God's people out of Babylon...a common theme in the prophets.

Summary:

  • 1st Seal to 6th Seal, about a year, spring to spring
  • 6th Seal to Gog/Magog, about 4 months?
  • Gog/Magog to Anti-Christ, 3 1/2 years.
  • Anti-Christ to Christ, 3 1/2 years, the "great tribulation"
  • 1000 year reign of Christ

I pray this helps people sort out what's coming.  It's time for everyone to repent, make God their trust, and stand on the promises of Psalm 91.  Do not delay!  Forgiveness is found the shed blood of Jesus (Yahushua).
