The Nations Will Rush

 ;tldr  Pay attention to the warning signs God gives us.

Although I have pretty much given up trying to predict when God's day of sudden destruction will arrive, I am still watching the signs.  

As many of you already know, several rounds of talks between NATO and Russia have broken down.  It is a stalemate.  Russia has told NATO, look, if you put your missiles in Ukraine it will make our country indefensible.  NATO (really just a US proxy) has responded by saying, yeah, we don't care, we will continue putting our weapons on your front porch.

Cuban Missile Crisis 2.0, but this time in reverse.

It is anyone's guess how Russia will respond now.  They have stated matter of factly that this situation is a red line that they will not allow to be crossed.

The nations will rush like the rushing of many waters;

But God will rebuke them and they will flee far away,

And be chased like the chaff of the mountains before the wind,

Like a rolling thing before the whirlwind.

Isaiah 17:13

Are we watching God's warning signs pass before our eyes?  Folks, if I am understanding Jeremiah 25 correctly, America's 70 years have already expired and we are on borrowed time.

You see, Jeremiah outlines a power structure whereby the allied nations must serve (report to, be subject to) the king of Babylon, whom we know to be America today.  Jeremiah also states that this power structure must be in place at least 70 years.  

In 1951 the first American held the office of Supreme Allied Commander, who reports to the Commander in Chief, the President of the United States.  Last spring was the 70th anniversary of that power structure.

Notice what happens in Isaiah 17 after the nations rush against one another.  God stands up in judgment.

People, we already know that some significant disease must precede the day of God's vengeance.  Look at Habakkuk 3:

Before Him went pestilence,

And fever [burning coals] followed at His feet.

Habakkuk 3:5

The lab-made flu seems to be winding down, doesn't it, just as any serious strain would lessen over time?  You know, the disease that was funded by America's own NIH and sure seemed to be exploited by the US after it just happened to have "leaked" from that lab.  The fear mongering and unnecessary interventions for a flu with 99.8% survival rate was off...the...charts!!  But was not this predicted too?  Look at Revelation 18:

...for by your sorcery [the administering of drugs] all the nations were deceived.

Revelation 18:23

This one verse predicted 2000 years ago that the richest, most powerful nation on earth would deceive all nations through pharmakeia, or the administering of drugs.  How is it that nearly the entire world went crazy over masks, social distancing, lockdowns, vaccines (drugs) and ostracizing those who refuse?  It was written.  It had to come to pass.

Even though England and other nations are beginning to back off their draconian lab-flu measures, the madness continues in many other once-Christian nations like America, Canada, Austria, New Zealand and Australia.

But are we beginning to see the tyrannical plundering of every day people come to an end, just as major nuclear powers seem poised to begin rushing at one another?  Is this what Isaiah 33 meant?  

...When you cease plundering,

You will be plundered; 

When you make an end of dealing treacherously,

They will deal treacherously with you.

...

At the noise of the tumult the people shall flee;

When You lift Yourself up, the nations shall be scattered

Isaiah 33:1-3

Another word for treacherous here is lies!  The propaganda and lies have been off the charts these past 24 months.  In other places we see the prophet lamenting the utter lies being spewed out across the face of the earth prior to the day of sudden destruction. (Isaiah 21:2, 24:16)  In Isaiah 24:16 the word for lies is used five times!  It is as if a righteous indignation rises up in the prophet as he sees down through time and becomes utterly disgusted by the sheer volume of lies!  Or said another way: "Lies, lies, lies, lies, utter lies!!!"

Some commentators of old do not believe the verse requires that the plundering must voluntarily cease before God arises.  In this view, the plundering must occur, but the very act of God arising will put an end, at least temporarily, to the plundering.

Will you be forcibly jabbed against your will with the drugs, the poison, of Babylon?  Probably not, but it certainly looks like refusers may one day not be allowed to buy or sell...anything...including food.  In many nations the vice is clamping down tighter and tighter with each passing month.  

And as Christians who read the Bible, we know exactly where this is all headed.  

He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads,

and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 

Revelation 13:16-17

Folks, either way, I believe there will be a reprieve.  There must be a reprieve!  When the nations rush, sudden destruction follows quickly.  That sudden destruction will cause their evil plans to be delayed.

I recently suffered a serious injury because I didn't heed a warning.  Lesson learned!!
